My journey from hiv .

Well ,it's been a few days .
Was doing DMSO with 3 drops . Went fine for a few days .
Then got D and stopped DMSO .
Did 2 drops , felt fine .
Next day , tried 3 drops .
Got in 3 doses , then started getting D again .
Dropped back to 2 drops .
Today 3 drops , got in 3 doses at 3 drops .
Got D again !!
So I'll do 2 drops for 2 days , no DMSO .
Having yellow urine . Thinking , 1 . not drinking enough water , and or , dropping loads of waste products .
Still have 5.5 Ph .
Can't seem to get higher than that .
Am I doing something wrong ?

Hey, Boozel, I personally have no experience with DMSO.... but I´d say try to get as much water as possible... is your diet ok too? Depending on what you eat and drink your urine could get really dark...

I haven't used DMSO enough to comment about it .
Did 2 1/2 drops MMS today and did fine .
Doing the same tomorrow .

I have steamed veggies with some shredded cheese and an egg for breakfast .
Some type meat and salad for dinner.
A banana and cereal for a snack .
Not much else .
Oh , a cookie sometimes .

I'm thinking I need to drink more water .
Still doing Revivo .
Thinking of diatomaceous earth .
Ordering some .

Well , did 3 doses yesterday , but had to stop , too much life getting in the way .
Doing 2 drops today , so far so good .
My urine is clearer . Maybe I've gotten rid of more waste products !
Going to stay on 2 drops for the next few days .
Maybe add DMSO then .

Fort , what was your Ph when you found you were better ?
That seems the best way to see how in balance you are .

Finally !
Staying at 2 for the rest of the week .
Mixing my MMS in 2 bottles so I can take them easier .
Using herb teas to mix with .
Revivo in the afternoon .
Urine clearer . Might be from more water , or getting rid of debris .

Read about using glass instead of plastic for mixing MMS .
Also about sweats and headaches from detox .
Got my 2 drops x 8 doses today and feel great !
Gonna copy for the next few days .
Using lemon juice to drink .
Thinking of baking soda along with MMS to bring up my PH .
MMS hasn't moved it much .

Well , I'm taking a day off everything .
Drinking my coffee that I haven't done in a month or so .
Restart Monday with 2 drops MMS .
Will do my Revivo .
Will google Ph and MMS .

Doing well at 2 drops .

We live what we think .
So easy !
But so hard to realize that we're doing it ourselves .
I live what I think is possible for me .

Hi i took MMS for 7 weeks now at 24 drops for 8 hours. When I first started I had alot of phlegm which is a sign of detox (the HIV virus is being killed). Now after 7 weeks I'm still having phlegm. Can anyone tell me if the HIV virus is gone? Perhaps I should go for a screening test to check. Thank you.
