My journey from hiv . was created by boozel11
Well I started 2 weeks ago with MMS protocol 1 .
Did one week and found I shouldn't use coffee or Vit.C .
So . I kept at my dose .
I had diarreha . not a lot , so I continued .
I also do my cocktail in the afternoon , to not interfere with the MMS .
I have felt like I didn't have the energy for the club .
I started doing just one routine instead of 3 that I usually do .
When I started my VL was 24 copies .
It was more than that 2 months ago i .
I started doing coconut oil at that time .
I think the coco oil helps with VL .
As my VL came down .
I'm still on my dose of 3 drops with 15 drops of organic ACV .
I use apple juice to tame the taste .
I'm going to keep track of my routine here .
Maybe others will chime in .
I can't be the only one hiv positive .
One thing I wonder is what should my PH be after being on MMS ?
Anybody know ?

I'm still on 3 drops a day .
I notice that I get loose stools only when I do the protocol .
The rest of the day , I'm fine .
My starting my PH . was 7.0 .
And after doing my MMS , it dropped to 5.5 PH .
And today , my PH is 6.6 .
I'm thinking it's my body throwing off illness .
Should I expect my PH to be more balanced now that I'm doing MMS ?

Hey boozel, thanks for sharing!
I did get loose stools every now and then when I was doing Protocol 4000.... nothing that really bothered me, though. I believe that might happen whenever the body needs to get rid of something.
Have you considered adding MMS2 to your protocol? I worked real well for me and my wife....
Delite: thanks for copying the link here. Boozel, if you follow the link Delite posted you´ll find lots of pretty new info I´ve shared about my progress with hiv as well.
Faith, health and love to everyone!

FYI . I've changed my Viracept dose to half over a year ago .
My VL has stayed un - detectable .
I'm on Truvada also .
I have Hep b , and truvada is supposed help .
But all it does is mask the symptoms .
Which I don't have . I'm un-detectable there also .
If you quit , the hep comes back un-checked .
So they have to check the liver if you stop .
They won't know , as I won't tell them .
They will have to ask me .
I'm halving my dose of all my meds , since I'm doing MMS .
I have a doc .appointment in 2 months .
At that time , my VL and CD-4 count will be taken .
My CD-4 count was 114 , I think .
I'm thinking it should be a lot higher then .
Also having less looseness when taking MMS .
Almost nothing today .
It's been over 2 weeks since I started .
Think I'll stay on MMS till my next appointment .
Thanks to all who have chimed in to help me !!

Hey, Boozel
It´s great your VL is undetectable!!!
It still seems you CD4 count is a little low... have you tried Spirulina, Astragalus Root or Cat´s Claw?
I use them together with Protocol 4000 (just remember to take them 2 hours apart from your MMS dose) to boost my immune system.
My wife - like me - is HIV positive, she was NOT on ARTs though. Five months ago, her CD4 count was 556... after protocol 4000, spirulina, Astragalus and Cat´s claw teas, her CD4 went up to 750!!!!
Anyway, these are all natural herb supplements that can´t harm you, so perhaps you could give them a try?
Love, Faith and Health to everyone!
Chris

My PH was 6.8 today .
Still tolerating the MMS .
Got Revivo , but think I'll do it after my MMS series .
Anybody doing Revivo out there ?
I'll try some of the things Fort talked about .
I'm wanting to get my body back to square one .
It's easy to get out of balance in this current timeframe .
