y can't u mix it w/milk after u mix it w/the vinegar and mms?
also. i did read not to use concentrated lemon juice..
y not , if no absorbic acid was added to it?

Citric acid or vinegar will curdle the milk.

Apparently the "concentrate" for lemon juice has been tested and shown to not work.
