MMS2: Calcium Hypochlorite, Turns into Hypochlorous acid in water

I have one question - what is the right amount of water to drink after MMS2 capsule? Is 0.2 litre enough?
And is it neccessary to drink some amount of water BEFORE eating the capsule?

My problem is big tumor in the belly, my stomach is very stressed and I can drink only about 0,2 litre of water at once.
