Question on Vitamin C & MMS + MMS2 was created by rayken
Hi All
Is MMS2 depleted by Vitamin C? as I have changed form MMS to MMS2 because I was not gettng any better with MMS as I take Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an antioxidant. MMS and MMS2 work as oxidizers - Yes, Vitamin C will affect both MMS and MMS2

Take the vitamin C 2 hours after your last dose of MMS2 for the day - Give your body a chance to use the MMS2 before you drop in the Vitamin C.

Make the vit c a powder.take at night next day do the MMS.the tablets may put out c all day and night
