Vitamin C was created by ravis
Hello
Today the MMS i ordered just arrived.
I have a question:
I noticed on a forum ( www.healthsalon.org/mms-testimonials ) that one guy was saying that mms once administrated could eat up alot of vitamin C of our body. His recommendation was that the person must take for about 2 weeks some potassium, calcium and vitamin C prior taking MMS. it is true?

Absolutely not true you need to "stock up" on Vitamin C before MMS. You might want to take vitamin C or other anti-oxidants each day a couple of hours after your last dose of MMS as part of your program of nutrition.

Ravis, according to Jim, the natural vit. C in foods such as fruits does not cause a problem with mms, but vit. C supplements should be separated from MMS by 2 hrs. The MMS is mostly or all used up within 1-2 hrs of taking it.
