taking MMS in a bottle of water was created by ANNMATT
Hello,
My son who has an issue regarding socialization and organizing himself takes MMS1 during the day and MMS2 pills in the evening. Can I do the drops in his bottles in the morning and give them along with him ? I read somewhere that you have to drink it within the hour, otherwise the effect dissappears. That would be bad news for me because I can't give him MMS1 in any other way during the day. Lately he is also constipated but he also on a mineral supplement for another issue and I suspect both of these are causing problems. If he should get constipated from MMS alone, how long could this take in general ? His stools are bigger, other shape (more round) and not the usual form with some white ticks but not as much als last week. Thanks for the answers in advance. Ann

MMS1 can be done into drinking bottle for one day consumption is no problems at all....
if he do take MMS2... i think very seldom it will get constipation... i have only very few cases of this... just continue with MMS2... i do not think it will cause constipation... maybe something bad is inside that have not flush out so it is look like constipation...

Hi Ann,
You can make up a full day of doses and put it in a bottle, but it needs to be kept air tight. Exposure to air causes the chlorine dioxide to dissipate and you lose effectiveness.
Sometimes MMS2 can be a little constipating in some people, but MMS1 usually loosens things up. When my guts were in worse shape, the MMS2 could be a little constipating, but now that things are healing up, the MMS2 is not having that effect on me. I have not heard of bad constipation from either MMS1 or 2 so I would just keep him on them.
