Chinese suppliers of sodium chlorite was created by jegz
Hi
a quick search on alibaba.com showis Chinese manufacturers selling Sodium chlorite at very competitive prices. One company I contacted were selling half a tonne for 2,200 usd. Its just that I am ye t to hear of comments from mms related forums. While I would feel safer purchasing frm Europe or Canada, the shipping costs are a killer, and Canada is like halfway around the world from Kenya. Are the processes the same when it comes to manufacturing tech grade sodium chlorite?
here are the attached quotation and certificate of chemical anaylsis I got as emails
thanks

Chinese SC might be cheap, but does it do the trick like Indian or the European and American SC that is available.
Thanks......

Hi Jegz, welcome to the Forum!
The certificate of analysis should be a reliable indicator of the quality. If you email the documents to me at michaelharrah@cox.net I'll be able to read them better and I'll check around to try and compare. In the chemical industry they use lead and arsenic as indicators of the heavy metals.
Cleaner is always better but the fact is Jim has proved to the world technical grade water purification and pool chemicals can cure disease. These probably do have measurable levels of heavy metals but Jim's experience clearly shows the benefits far outweigh the harms.
I buy US made Occidental Chemical (Oxychem) sodium chlorite but I don't think I can get a certificate of analysis. They claim to be the largest North American producer of SC. My guess is that much of the MMS1 produced in the US is from Oxychem sodium chlorite.
Steve has access to Argonesas sodium chlorite from Spain that is particularly clean but is not generally available here in the US as far as I can determine.

Suppliers from India and China have now been forced to ship sodium chlorite powder into the U.S. by air, supposedly because its hazardous to transport.
Obviously, you want to send dangerous stuff on aircraft, not ships...
My major concern would be that anything landing here is going to go through airport customs, and I would speculate that the odds are high that it would get impounded, as I suspect that at this point FDA has ruled it "hazardous" for anyone but their partners in grime.
