I have thought about this my self but never followed thru with an experiment. One way might be to:
Fill a capsule half way with salt or baking soda,add a drop(or 2 or 3 depending on dose) of mms liquid to the capsule,leaving it open to dry then capping it off.

Baking soda is an antioxidant and will reduce CLO2, so you don't want to combine them as you suggest.
Baking soda is added to Scott's tooth brushing protocol to raise the pH, so you won't brush off tooth enamel.
