MMS/Chlorine Dioxide allowed on airplanes?

Hello!
 I will soon be headed to Uganda for 3 weeks and wanted to bring sodium chlorite and citric acid in order to make MMS/Chlorine Dioxide. My question is, does anyone know if sodium chlorite and citric acid are allowed on airplanes (in checked luggage). If not, is anyone aware of some type of solid form of sodium chlorite and citric acid that might be more travel friendly? Thanks so much!

You could take some sodium chlorite flakes (SCF) / powder (SCP) and some citric acid crystals (CAC) with you. 

With those you could make small batches of 22.4% sodium chlorite solution (SCS) and 35% to 50% citric acid solution (CAS). 

And, SCS + CAS could make MMS1 or CDS. 

Or, you could make 3 hour Quick CDS using SCF + CAC following the Quick CDS "Dry" method.
