Synthroid Dosing When Using MMS1

Do I need to adjust the time of my daily dose of Synthroid when dosing with MMS1?  One must take Synthroid in the morning one hour prior to eating or drinking anything.  I normally take my Synthroid at 8 am and then have coffee and toast anytime after 9 am.  Can I have coffee and toast 2 hours before my MMS1 dose?  That means I would take Synthroid at 8 am, have coffee and toast at 9 am, and then start the MMS1 protocol at 11 am.  Does this plan work?
