Will taking MMS break a fast? I am trying to do 16/8 fasting and also fit in some MMS.

MMS doesn't provide any nutritional benefit, so it would not be considered a food. Since you are fasting, taking MMS might be more efficient due to no food in your stomach to reduce chlorine dioxide (CLO2) in any of the three Sodium Chlorite Solutions (SCS), which are MMS1, CDH and CDS.
However, since you won't have food in your stomach, which normally would trigger the production of gastric acids, the 90% residual MMS in MMS1 and 50% in CDH, might not be fully activated thus releasing less CLO2 than if you did have some food in your stomach. Therefore, taking CDS might be the best SCS option because it does not rely on gastric acids to release CLO2. CDS is fully activated when made, and contains only CLO2 in a water solution.

I have never taken MMS near meal times per the recommendations. I do not want the MMS to break my fast early and it's hard to have an empty stomach during the 8 hour eating window.

Consider doing external applications during your eating window and either external or CDS internally (as CLO2 mentioned) during your fasting window. MMS will go directly into the bloodstream, so no worrying about mean timing if applying topically.

No, MMS will not break a fast, it will only serve to enhance the healing process of fasting, in fact I would suggest it would be the best possible combination for healing, especially from things like Cancer, which are both killed by MMS, and Fasting.
