Im new here. thank you for thi forum
Im keen to do a Myrrh and CDS detox. I have bought both products so Im ready to start,
However, seeing that Im new to all this, I really dont want to make myself ill. Ive searched through these forums and numerous other various places but cant find it set out. Im keen to trial it myself in order to help others who are suffering, of which there are many. I dont really have any specific illness, ecept maybe coeliac disease as I dont tolerate bread well and have stopped eating it.
Lots of the information here is relating to MMS, and as I understand it, they are two very different products.
Im unable to buy Jim Himbles book as Im financially embarrassed as they say following the purchase of the products.
I also bought the dog strength CDS as my pooch has some lumps and bumps which may be helped with this. Are there some guidelines for animal protocol also?
Its quite frustrating to have everything on hand but not to know what to do with it
Many thanks in advance

You said: "I'm keen to do a Myrrh and CDS detox."
CDS (and MMS1) are oxidants and Myrrh is an antioxidant. They can cancel each other, so there are no benefits in taking them if either one is still effective, while taking the other one. You can separate the dosing for them so the canceling problem should go away. We know that chlorine dioxide (CLO2) is effective for about one hour in a human body. So you could dose Myrrh one hour after taking a dose of CDS. But, I don't know how long Myrrh is effective in a human body.
Attached is a Myrrh study where the question is answered regarding Myrrh being an antioxidant. That question appears in 5 locations in the study, and I highlighted them so you can easily find them. You may find in the study how long Myrrh is effective. Let me know if you find that info. Thanks.
Personally if I wanted to take CDS and Myrrh, I would not take both of them the same day.
If you are interested in joining a Telegram Myrrh chat group, let me know and I can add you to the group.
Attached are some PDF files.

also, I was specifically responding to this post because I saw an opportunity to help someone, and I want to make sure it would be okay. I was in a much better position financially when I purchased my ebook from Jim Humble (at the beginning of 2020 when everything was going to s*#t) and I’ve since been so glad that I didn’t get the paper version, even though I really prefer holding a real book, but the PDF file makes it easier to find topics with the search option and highlight, make notes, etc. The fact that the book (and the “sacrament” previously shipped for a $10 “donation”) was so ridiculously inexpensive was one of the things that sold me on trying it; my logic being that Jim was obviously not trying to make money from this - he legitimately just wants to help people. It is with this spirit that I would like to offer to share my copy of Jim’s book with the person who posted the question earlier this month. I’m not sure if this is a problem and don’t want to break any rules in the forum, but if there’s a way to DM other members, please reach out and let me know how I would contact the person directly. I’ll search a little bit in the forum and see if I can figure it out. I don’t come on here often and have never done anything other than read. Thanks in advance for your help!

How does MMS affect bacteria in the body?
Published on: July 24, 2026
First facts, MMS does not kill friendly bacteria. What is the difference in useful bacteria and the harmful stuff? Well the feces of the useful bacteria is not poisonous and the feces of the harmful bacteria is poisonous and that is what makes one sick and causes the problems. Poisons have long chains of atoms …

MMS/CD and Plastics
Published on: July 12, 2026
Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics? Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. This is because the world of plastics is vast, and like so many things in our environment, it’s difficult to know what is really what. To give you an idea, …

MMS/CD, Bacteria and Viruses
Published on: July 5, 2026
Question: Does MMS/CD kill bacteria and virus? Jim: Antibacterial drugs can sometimes stop bacterial [infections] diseases but medicine has yet to develop anything to stop viral infections. Thankfully, MMS/CD has been known to stop both viral and bacterial diseases. For either viral or bacterial infections, begin with the Starting Procedure and continue following the Health …

Importance of Following the Plan
Published on: June 27, 2026
Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question will MMS/CD help overcome some new disease. MMS/CD is an oxidizer that fits into the operation of the body in the exact right chemical balance to kill diseases and their poisons and eradicate heavy metals. Drugs must somehow attack the nucleus of the …

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Nutritional Research Information
Published on: May 27, 2026
Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …
