Today is my first day with the Starting Protocol. I looked into a list of foods high in antioxidants and that's what I eat since I cut out grains, dairy and sugars, red meat and pork. So what small snacks/meals do people eat on the half-hour during the dosing hours? I like to snack on nuts and nut milk cheeses but apparently nuts are high in antioxidants. I avoid most fruits but berries because I'm going into the Mold/Fungus Protocol after the Starting Protocol. So I can't even eat strawberries for a light snack?
Can somebody with experience that has done well please guide me on this? I want to do it right. Thank you
