1 gram 4 x a day is what some athletes take to delay lactic acid buildup and improve results. I take 250mg twice a day together with other minerals for maintenance. But would do like 500mg 5 times a day for getting on top of deficiency.Chris Jackson wrote: Im wondering how much Tri salts I can safely consume in a day!
When you would complete your 4 weeks of STS you would need less of most minerals because clean and well performing intestines should improve nutritional uptake.
Btw I'm too busy right now to be able to join you in your attempts to doctor yourself. Its high time for a clean up but may have to wait a couple more weeks till things calm down. Till then I hope your efforts have started to pay off.

Drugs must somehow attack the nucleus of the …

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Nutritional Research Information
Published on: May 27, 2026
Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …
