MMS with a mechanival aortic valve and taking Sintrom (Acenocumarol)

Hi
I had a heart problem several mounths ago and I have now my aortic valve changed for a mechanical one and I need to take (Acenocumarol) Sintrom the rest of my life.
Can someone taking the same and with a mechanical valve confirms I can use normally MMS? Does it hurts in any way the mechanical valve or changes the anticoagulant Sintrom?
