MMS2 question

I have a bag of MMS2 that I purchased at least four years ago. Ive never taken it orally. I use it to clean my sink and shower with in a spray bottle.

I've noticed that when I open the jar that I store it in to mix up a new spray bottle it has off gassed pretty strongly. Makes me step back. Yet it still works well with cleaning and bleaching surfaces.

Im wondering if this off gassing is an issue in making for weaker MMS2 capsules. Should I purchase a fresh bag for making capsules for oral use? or is this stuff perpetually strong?
