The best way i can see of protecting yourself is by taking a teaspoon of DMSO every day in juice, this has been proven by our best Chemists and scientist to protect again all radiation. I have been aware of Chem trails and the harmful effects to our autoimmune system for 4 years, my husband Douglas has done a great deal of research and wrote some very interesting articles, he did a march about this very thing in London, I am sure it is on you tube.
