sorry if the question is the dumbest one you've ever heard, but I have 99% purity DMSO. I want to make a 70% DMSO solution. How do I calculate that 70%? Do I use weight or volume? or anything else I should know? thank you.

oik, so it's volume. ok. it seems weird to me, but also it seems that if it was weight it'd be very hard to do for some people.
