Mix 10 drops SC and 10 drops of CA or HCL 4% let them react for 30 sec. then add 20 drops of DMSO mix and wait one or two minute. Then apply in your lower back. The área should be clean. Pass some alcohol 70% in The área before apply to ensure there no soap or other residue in your skin.

SC = Sodium chlorite
CA = Citric acid
