Vitamin C

Hope you all had a good Christmas time.

I have a question about Vitamin C:
Someone in the German forum said that especially for cancer it is recommended to take a large-dose (highly dosed) Vitamin C after the last taking of MMS - lets say in the evening.

Does someone know if this is really recommended?

Ines, Many of us are short Vitamin C - you can take it 2 hours after your last MMS dose of the day, and it will not interfere with the MMS.

Jim Humble has said that many times we have atherosclerosis because the body compensates for weakness in the blood vessels to and in the heart, and that weakness is caused by a shortage of Vitamin C. He recommends - if you have heart disease - that you do increase your vitamin C - but again, 2 hours after your last dose of MMS.

Jim recommends taking Vitamin C to tolerance. In other words, build up - maybe as high as 5 or 6 grams a day, but back off if you have diarrhea to a level where you no longer have diarrhea.

Thanks Pam. He also has a heart problem, so it maid be a good idea to take some.
