I know that you can not take c vitamin with MMS, but is it also from the fresh source... can I eat fresh lemon during the day, when taking mms?

Lemon should not be a problem as it is used as an activator instead of citric acid including lime in many cases where citric acid is not available easily.

It is only oranges that are not to be used 2 hours before and after using MMS.
