Hi , I'm currently on the 3000 protocol , can you please tell me of what foods are recommend or what to avoid . during the day & after 2 hrs after when you have dinner. I have read both books & not seeing much about it . did I just miss it ? Thank you very much for all your help .. Terry Farnsworth

The final version of this latest book should be released very soon.
I presume you are also on Protocol 2000 along with the addition of DMSO you would have used when following Protocol 1000 Plus. When moving from Protocol 1000 Plus to Protocol 2000 you should continue using DMSO with MMS1. Remember not to take MMS1/DMSO at the same time you are taking MMS2.
