Try going onto a green raw diet for a couple of weeks.

Also find a good detox program to follow for a while.

If you decide to include the MMS route of treatment - the protocols are clear and the advice above should be followed.

Get into the material and also find out why your pancreas is so toxic that is reverting to such extremes to survive.
And then, if you are stuck - Ask.

The situation is completely reversible.
The mind is like a garden, if you do not cultivate it, you cannot harvest from it.
