Pam thanks so much for your response. You are so wonderful for helping me. The question I had about douching was with MMS or CDS. By the way, I couldnt find a place that sold CDS online. Do you personally know of a place where I can purchase or is it easier to make myself. I;ve read that it is not as easy as they say it is to make.

Ok, just to recap, because I am starting over everything. I have not been taking the MMS properly due to commuting to work and having to always run to the bathroom. It is quite bothersome. Also, really not sure if I'm doing everything right and Im not feeling 100%..

I am using the protocol 2000 method. taking as many drops an hour for 10-12 hours a day. Correct? I am mixing this with 2 oz of water and 2 oz of Martenilli apple juice. Concerned about the amount of sugar in the apple juice though. Does the water have to be distilled .. can we use filtered water from the fridge. Then I add the MMS2 (I've run out of this must reorder. I've been out for about a 1.5 weeks.

For how long do I do this for?

Should I do any detoxing...if so, what kind and how and when?

Demaceous Clay -- is that necessary?

What about any parasite cleansing? should that be done.

Then do tub baths

Do Douching..

What about my diet --

Should I do Oral DMSO as well. After answering these many questions. can you let me know if there is any thing that you would recommend I do in addtion to the above or anything that I should not do. Your patience with this many questions is greatly appreciated

I would douche with MMS - it's not like the taste is going to be a problem.


There's an excellent protocol for making your own CDS -

Take a quart jar (or a 1L jar) with a lid. Like a canning jar.
Fill it 3/4 full of distilled water (or purified, if you can't get distilled)
Take a shot glass or a champagne glass and set it in the water to be sure it will float and not tip
If it floats and doesn't tip, put 12 drops of MMS and 12 drops of 50% citric acid in the glass
Float it in the quart jar. Put the lid on, so it doesn't leak
Set it in a cupboard overnight.
In the morning, remove from cupboard, remove the floating glass and put the lid back on

In the morning you will have CDS - it should be equivalent to 4-5 drops of MMS per dose. This will be a day's dose of 4oz or 125ml an hour, for 8 hours.

You do it until you're well.

Diatomaceous earth is not necessary, nor is bennonite clay.

Parasite cleaning is a good thing! You can wait until you begin to see some effects of the MMS. Or you can start with the tinctures - The full parasite cleanse is an intense process which uses actual drugs.

Tub baths, douching - all can be done now.

My experience is that one is more likely to fail if they jump too fast into trying to do too many things at once. This is enough to start. Let's reassess in a couple of weeks and see where you are. You are going to want to up your dose of CDS - that's why the charts at mmsinfo.org are so good to have. You will also want, eventually to go to 10-12 hours a day of dosing. You can compensate with the number of drops of MMS and CA.

Oh, and when you remove the floating glass (with the dregs still in it - don't dump them into the CDS), fill the container up to the 1ltr level or 1quart level with more water. That's a full day's hourly 8 hour dose.

Pam, what do you mean by the dregs? will there be some form of sediment in the glass or the jar? Is that what you mean. So if there is throw that out and fill up the jar per your instructions, then how much do I take in ounces per hour ? I'm sorry if I'm coming across a little dyslexic. Thanks.

No, the floating glass will have some liquid left in it - probably now clear. That liquid is what I call the dregs.

Once you remove the floating glass with whatever liquid remains in the floating glass, then fill the rest of the 1L bottle up with distilled or reverse osmosis water, and you will drink 4 oz, 8x a day.
