MMS2 caplet size

I just purchased 200 of the size 3 caplet of MMS2 that is 78% strength. Is one caplet the correct dosage for me to take? Will this eliminate my having to open the caplet and pouring out some of the MMM2 to make it the correct dosage as mentioned in the Protocol 2000. Thank you for your help.

you dont have to empty the capsule, or down-size...i have been taking he mms2 pro 78 for a couple week's now, and i always take the whole capsule every other hour 4-5 times a day with no sickness. bu, if u do feel sick, you can always down-size. good luck
