I thought I would post details of my day today.

Not a good one again. Not taking the mms at all for the past 2 days now and was hoping today might have panned out better so as to re-commence tomorrow on low low doses.

Been sick again this morning and again this afternoon. The sickness just comes from nowhere preceded by a blinding headache over my left side and behind the eye. After I'm sick the headache goes and then gradually returns over a few hours. I suppose I've been feeling better than yesterday but the tiredness and dizziness and brain fog still generally persist.

I'm being positive and saying this is Herx because I've overdone the mms. I sincerely hope it is and that it will pass.

Thanks for keeping us posted....

Give yourself about a week for your system to settle down..... and am sure you know to:

1. Keep hydrated (6-8 glasses of water a day)

2. and make SURE your bowels are "moving", (so you're eliminating properly.

Jemco thank you for your suggestion. I don't know if CDS would be better or not. I don't actually have any so will have to follow the instructions on making it.

To be honest the taste of mms1 is not really a problem as I take it with 100% pure grape juice which disguises the taste. I reckon I must have just hit it with too much too quickly because I was doing enemas, footsoaks, bathing and protocol 3000 as well as 3+ drops per hour. From all the positive comments from forum members I can only think that I've overloaded my system and bearing in mind there must be alot of stuff to clear out and that my liver is working at probably only 50% capacity I think it may not have been able to handle the detoxification of my blood.

Today is a slightly better day. I still feel off but no sickness yet. I will do 2 coffee enemas today to help relieve the stress my liver must be feeling and I will re-commence the drops maybe tomorrow if I feel even better.

I am not sure if one is better than the other. Maybe for some things, one may be better than the other, but I think you would need to try for yourself to see what is better for you.
I think the herxheimer reaction is much less with CDS, but MMS may really work better for you. Or CDS may work better.
I personally don't know.
You could do both to be safe.
There are different strengths you can take with CDS, as in MMS, and you may find that you can tolerate higher strengths of CDS. Maybe.
You are really giving yourself good doses of MMS and CDS might just help you too.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I will try what you say and make some CDS up. First I will need to get chlorine dioxide test strips which I believe are needed to get the strength accurate..

Other than that I'm bait unsure of what strength the CDS should be. Do you know where I can find the literature on this?

I found it difficult to replace the nipples. I purchased two bottles and damaged one nipple and the other ended up kind of ok, but I wanted a better bottle system, so I went to www.containerandpackaging.com/ and placed an order for free samples.
They charge $7.00 for US shipping and can get up to 10 items as samples. This worked well for the 2oz bottles because I didn't want to get a case of 24, which is how they sell them. I thought of asking on this forum if anyone had extra, but then I saw that they offer samples.

On the first Forum post on the link above, IBlieve has photos of "THE APPARATUS" which has "a small plastic fitting " and "a small glass jar with a plastic screw-lid".
Note: I am linking to the above excellent post only to show the bottle and fittings, but I intend to use them for making CDS and I am not referencing the above post for it's novel and original content of "New Internal Delivery System For Chlorine Dioxide Gas".

I have obtained some small plastic fittings from an aquarium store. I got 5 for $1.00.
I am not sure they will work yet because mine are short, but I will know when my bottle and lid order arrives.

Lot of information here on the CDS subforum. JH is or has been working to get CDS standardized at 3000ppm/L. Then the dosing is 1mL. equals 3 drops of activated MMS. When I make CDS, it usually runs around 6000ppm/L - so I take 1/2 a mL. I do have some extra strong CDS (around 12,500) that I use on skin things - It could actually be measured in drops if I wanted -

My day has been much improved today. No sickness at all although the blinding headaches still come and go. I have done one coffee enema so far and will do another before the day is out.

I've been off the mms for nearly a week now and those very severe herx symptoms have just about gone now so I will resume the mms1 at 1/2 drop doses and take it real slow as that herxing made me feel so Ill I really thought my days were about to end. Sounds dramatic I know but that is really how it felt and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I will re-introduce the mms enemas drop the coffee ones and hopefully control the situation somewhat better this time.

The support of everyone has been invaluable so thank you all again and I'll post my progress for the record.

Remember when you make the enema, to not make them stronger than its possible for you do drink. So 1/2 drop in the beginning, and not to many on top of the oral doses... better to start really, really slow than to get sick again.
